There is an old saying that says: “No one is a prophet in his country…”. Jesus said it when He was rejected as Prophet and Son of God in his hometown (Mark 6: 1-5). However, if we analyze that saying from another angle, we can deduce another from there. Why do we say this? Because after being honored for his work by the Beacon Council, ICABA as top 100 Caribbean professionals in the USA, and the Haitian Chamber of Commerce, he remains honored by the Haitian community. Actually, who is Johnson Napoleon?

In what sense is Johnson still honored by the Haitian community? In what sense is Johnson helping the community? Is Johnson taking advantage of the attention of these people to be popular?
We understand that Johnson is becoming more and more popular in the Haitian community where people appreciate him a lot. Johnson has more than 110,000 Haitians as followers on his official page and in a video filmed this month, his main target in three months (from June to September), he has to have 200,000 followers, 300,000 in 6 months and 500,000 in one year. There is no doubt that he will achieve his goal. According to our research in social networks, we see the opinion that people have about that man is increasingly positive and the number of people who likes his videos is increased significantly. In one in the series of video that makes Mr. Johnson that has an amount of 430 comments, there is not even one negative. Who can imagine something like that? It is something unimaginable. The truth is Johnson is winning the heart of the Haitian community.
It must be acknowledged that he is helping his community. In what sense? It is not an economic sense since his theory is: “Do not give a fish to someone that is hungry, better teach him to fish.” He is dedicated to recording a video every day for his followers with the aim of motivating, teaching and above all educating. According to him, all of us humans, we were born with that ability to generate money. We just misused that ability.
Johnson not only says he wants to help Haitians out the door, he has done it with facts too. Why do we say that? He wants to help so much. In each one of his videos, he not only explains the theory without setting an example. For example; whether is the video is about entrepreneurship or business or about some topic that they ask him, to motivate his followers, he always presents an example of the situation, or a website, or talks about his own private life or experience. Sometimes he had to travel very far to bring testimonies to his followers so that the latter have an answer and above all learn how they can come out of the dilemma. What more help a person want?
Johnson is an entrepreneur, an investor, a constructor and a public conference. However, according to him, the success is not in the mind, not in a number of diplomas that one has. Because according to him: “Plus diplom ou genyen, mwen ou gen tandans a pran risk nan business“.
In conclusion, this generation has the opportunity to get ahead if they put into practice what they learn from Johnson. They can build a new Haiti because they have a new guide. Now, all depends on that generation taking advantage of what Mr. Johnson is giving, something they would have to pay to find at University.
If Haiti had 3 people like him; which has his main objective of touching the heart of 5 000 000 Haitians, Haiti would have taken a step forward in less than 5 years.
