Are you stressed by the pressure of work, children and other things? Do you feel much stressed lately and do not know why?
In today’s hectic world, we are pressured to follow many directions at once. We have responsibilities at home and at work, and sometimes stress overcomes us.
Whatever the reason, stress is triggered by oneself. Work, money, couple, and family are factors that detonate stressing symptoms such as a headache, muscle pain, anxiety and often depression.
To reduce the symptoms of stress you must learn to control the situations of daily life. Then we tell you how to do it.
Breathe: When you are in a complicated situation, conflictive, full of tension, breathe deeply. Do it until you begin to feel calm.
Exercise: Physical activity helps you clarify ideas, eliminates stress hormones like cortisol and release endorphins, which are the hormones that make you feel good.
Massage: In a bowl, heat 20 drops of cinnamon essential oil and 2 tablespoons of almond oil. Remove from the fire and give a light massage behind the neck, in this way; you release energy that allows you to stabilize the mood.
Reward yourself: If you have had a stressful day, give yourself small moments that give you pleasure; a bubble bath, reading a book, going to the movies, etc. In this way, you relax your mind and body; you will notice that you will feel more energetic to be able to face the problematic situations.
Organize your time: Set priorities, worry about things that need to be done immediately. Leave aside the things that take your time. If you use your time better, with the passing of the days your attitude will change and you will feel much better. It’s a Bible principle for especially for those who love to read Bible. ‘’ making the best use of your time because the days are wicked.’’(Ephesians 5:16)
It is impossible to avoid everyday conflicts, but do not be obsessed with them. Learning to control your stress is vital to being able to give better solutions to problems. Good luck!
